If you love the field of applied behavior analysis, this is the place for you! The founder of this organization is the author of the book Creating Future Clinicians. The goal is foster growth and passion within the field. Lavonda is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst whose primary experience is with children diagnosed with ASD, ages from 18 months to 11 years old. Lavonda received her Masters degree in I/O Psychology which helped expand her love for organizational culture. Fun fact about Lavonda: She’ll turn anything into a song :)
