The goal is foster growth and passion within the field. Lavonda is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst whose primary experience is with children diagnosed with ASD, ages from 18 months to 11 years old. Lavonda received her Masters degree in I/O Psychology which helped expand her love for organizational culture. Fun fact about Lavonda: She’ll turn anything into a song :)
